Community Nutrition Worker
Post-secondary education in food and nutrition, 2-3 years of experience in nutrition education, and safe food handling certification are required
Addiction Medicine Nurse Practitioner
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Certificate in Extended Class, and experience in community health and addictions
Physician
Medical degree, family medicine residency, CCFP certification, and licenses to practice in Ontario and Canada
Psychologist - FASD
3-5 years of experience as a Registered Psychologist with expertise in FASD and knowledge of DSM V diagnostic criteria
Casual Receptionist /Secretary
Three to five years of receptionist experience, post-secondary education, and valid driver's license
Registered Practical Nurse
2-3 years of RPN experience, 3-5 years of experience in remote, hospital, and community settings, awareness of socio-economic and cultural needs
RN-RAAM/Primary Care
RN with 3+ years of experience, addictions nursing experience, and strong organizational skills required
Casual Midwife
A General Registrant in good standing with the College of Midwives of Ontario and 5 years' experience working as a midwife
Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care
BScN, RN-EC registration, and nursing experience in various settings
Family Physician
CPSO license, medical degree, and experience in hospital and community settings required
