Job Description
We are seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to provide clinical services to clients who face barriers to accessing care in a mobile outreach position.
Requirements
- RPN with current College of Nurses of Ontario registration
- 2-3 years experience as a Registered Practical Nurse
- Three to five years’ work experience in a combination of remote rural, hospital and community settings and/or public health
- Awareness and sensitivity to socio-economic and cultural needs
- Flexibility in work hours including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle and ability to travel to other service locations
