Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to work in the community, providing care to patients in various settings. You will have scheduled visits, work with patients of all ages, and play a key role in helping them remain comfortable in their homes.
Requirements
- Nursing degree or required education mandatory for CNO licensure
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
- Clear Vulnerable Sector Screen
- Negative TB Test
- Fluent proficiency in written and verbal English
- Valid driver’s license (Class G or G2), access to a dedicated vehicle is required and valid car insurance
- Current and valid CPR certificate
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
