Job Description
As a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will have scheduled visits within the community to care for patients in various settings. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.
Requirements
- Registration with the CNO as a Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Experience in delivering community care is an asset
- Reliability and flexibility
- Willingness to travel to and from patient residences within a designated area
- Experience working with the vulnerable population
- Passion for making a difference in your community
