Job Description
Noto is building an AI native operating system for after-school businesses. We're hiring a Founding BizOps Lead to partner with our CEO and build the operational backbone that powers our growth. This is a critical role that will shape how we scale and deliver for customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, BizOps, Chief of Staff roles, or other analytical/operational functions.
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills — comfortable with data, process design, dashboards, and operational tooling (Notion, HubSpot, SQL a plus).
- Deeply motivated by helping small businesses succeed and energized by spending time with users.
