We are seeking a talented individual to join our workforce as a Health and Social Care Coordinator. The successful candidate will provide an excellent customer-focused service to citizens, carers, and partners requesting adult social care or health services.
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a busy customer contact centre
- Ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable citizens and carers and their family, demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills
- Extensive experience of using the MS office suite
- Ability to undertake high-level office administrative duties
- Ability to understand and deal with confidential and sensitive issues when liaising with both team members and other professionals
