Job Description
The HSE Specialist will develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and programs, conduct site visits, lead incident investigations, and deliver training sessions to ensure compliance with regulations and promote a positive HSE culture.
Requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies and programs
- Conduct regular site visits to company facilities
- Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses
- Deliver HSE training and educational sessions to employees and contractors
- Perform risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSE activities
- Collaborate with site managers and cross-functional teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for HSE-related topics
- Track and report on HSE performance metrics
