Job Description
Develop and implement HSE policies, conduct site visits, lead incident investigations, and deliver HSE training to employees and contractors. Participate in audits, inspections, and internal/external compliance reviews. Collaborate with site managers and cross-functional teams to promote a positive HSE culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health & safety, Environmental Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in a similar role
- Minimum of 5 years of HSE experience in a manufacturing or multi-site environment
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
