Job Description
Plan production activities to ensure quality and efficiency, develop and manage production schedules, and monitor capacity utilization. Supervise production stations, manage the production team, and provide engineering support to production and maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Engineering or a related technical field
- Degree in Production or Industrial Engineering preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing planning and production processes
- 7+ years of experience in production, quality, and testing preferred
- Experience in composites or fiberglass pipe manufacturing is an advantage
