Job Description
The ESP Field Service Specialist / Facility Lead role involves assembling, testing, and servicing Artificial Lift ESPs equipment, operating and maintaining test benches, and supporting field crews and workshop personnel in achieving quality and reliability objectives.
Requirements
- Performing assembly, disassembly, and testing of Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESPs) in the shop.
- Operating and maintain test fixtures to validate equipment performance before field deployment.
- Performing installation/pulling ESPs and associated equipment in onshore and offshore wells.
- Trouble shooting and testing downhole ESP equipment to maximize well productivity and ESP run life.
- Leading the field service team with confidence ensuring positive customer outcomes.
- Providing technical feedback to engineering and reliability teams to support design and performance improvements
- Conducting business activities in accordance with NOV HSE policies, and Compliance requirements.
- Handling special projects as assigned.
