ESP Field Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic ESP Field Engineer to join our team, responsible for providing technical support and services related to Electrical Submersible Pumps (ESP) in the field of Oil & Gas.

Requirements

• Install, commission, and maintain Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems at client oilfield sites.
• Conduct field diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs of ESP equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and execute ESP deployment and intervention activities.
• Monitor ESP system performance, collect operational data, and prepare detailed technical reports.
• Ensure all field operations comply with safety standards and company policies.
• Train and mentor junior field technicians and engineers on ESP installation and maintenance procedures.
• Liaise with engineering and product support teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of field activities, equipment usage, and maintenance schedules.
• Participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance field processes and equipment reliability.
