Install, commission, and maintain Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems at client oilfield sites, and perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on ESP equipment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Science, Geology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 0 to 4 years of experience in ESP systems installation, maintenance, or oilfield services.
- Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles relevant to ESP operations.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair ESP equipment in field environments.
- Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in oilfield operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client interaction.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at remote oilfield locations as required.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and reporting software.
- Physical fitness and stamina to perform hands-on technical work in challenging field conditions
