Systems Engineer

We are seeking a Systems Engineer to lead delivery of assigned projects in line with engineering processes, perform technical tasks, and contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Cybernetics, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working with OT (Operational Technology), networking, and/or cybersecurity in industrial environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in operational systems
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize tasks in a project environment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with technologies such as virtualization, containerization, and industrial protocols (e.g., OPC-UA, WITSML, Modbus) is an advantage
• Basic scripting or development experience (e.g., Python, GitHub) is a plus
• Experience in oil & gas or similar industries is preferred
• Experience with industrial control systems (I&C) and offshore systems is an advantage
