Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager

Nova 401(k) Associates is looking for a Senior Defined Contribution Account Manager to work remotely in a fully remote position. The job offers a great work-life balance with a 37.5 hour work week, generous PTO, and overtime pay.

Requirements

• Ten or more years of 401(k) plan administration experience
• NIPA or ASPPA credentials
• College degree
• Superior knowledge of ADP/ACP, 415, 410(b), Top Heavy and 401(a)(4) non-discrimination testing
• Superior knowledge of 401(a)4 and controlled group testing; mergers and acquisitions experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to proactively and independently manage a book of business
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of critical thinking
