NOVA Engineering and Environmental is seeking a Building Enclosure/Facilities Project Consultant in the Orlando, FL metropolitan statistical area. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of consulting experience with building enclosure systems, technical knowledge of building construction, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Requirements

• Conduct visual building enclosure system surveys
• Performance of forensic evaluations and investigations
• Performance of field testing of roofing, waterproofing, window and curtainwall systems
• Review of construction documents
• Performance of quality assurance site inspections
• Preparation of technical reports
