Job Description
NOVA Engineering & Environmental seeks an Environmental Business Unit Manager to lead and grow the Environmental Services practice based in Kennesaw, Georgia. The ideal candidate thrives in people leadership, client-facing, and technical oversight roles and is motivated to grow business, mentor staff, and serve as a Senior Technical Reviewer on complex environmental projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of environmental consulting experience
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license
- Demonstrated project experience with Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)
- Proven experience managing staff and leading environmental projects
- Strong client-facing, communication, and business development skills
