Job Description
The Catering Server will assist in the execution of weddings and high-end social catered events, providing excellent customer service and adhering to health codes. They will assist in setting up the event and perform various tasks under the direction of the Catering Captain, handling food, and ensuring smooth events.
Requirements
- Assist in preparing catering proposals.
- Set up tables, chairs, tablecloths, and centerpieces.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Adhere to health codes and food safety guidelines.
- Handle alcoholic beverages and manage deliveries.
- Assist with post-event clean-up.
- Work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
