Job Description
The MinnWest Technology Campus is seeking a Campus Maintenance Lead to oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall condition of campus buildings, facilities, and systems. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance, equipment repair, or a related field, and strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Requirements
- Coordinate the daily workflow and scheduling of the Maintenance Technicians
- Manage groundskeeping activities including landscaping, snow removal, and upkeep of outdoor spaces
- Partner with leadership to plan facility improvements, capital projects, and maintenance budgets
