Job Description
The Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is responsible for developing and executing Novatae’s strategic partnership initiatives that drive revenue growth through expanded retail distribution, binding authority agreements and strong carrier relationships within Novatae’s Brokerage operations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior leadership experience in strategic alliances, distribution, or business development within the insurance or financial services industry
- Proven track record with retail distribution ecosystems, global markets, and complex partnership negotiations
- Deep understanding of binding authority, carrier relations, and underwriting delegation models
