Platform Support Engineer

Novatti is seeking a Platform Support Engineer to help maintain the stability, performance, and scalability of their applications. The successful candidate will troubleshoot complex issues, automate day-to-day tasks, and strengthen system connections.

Requirements

• Proven experience in application support with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in production environments.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Perl, Python, bash) and automation platforms such as Workato, Zapier or similar tools.
• Strong Linux system administration skills with expertise in log analysis, diagnostics, and system optimisation
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services, infrastructure management, and cloud-native tools
• Solid understanding of Git version control, CI/CD practices, and database management (SQL)
