Project Manager, Operations Project Management

Role Overview

This role will lead projects that transform the operations of Novolex, partnering with multiple functions to undertake a major project initiative or change event. The Project Manager will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on all projects within their assigned portfolio, ensuring complete delivery of Scope, within budget and within the agreed timeline.

What You Will Do

Deliver on all project management activities for an assigned project or program from Initiation through Closure, maintain all project artifacts to the quality standard established by the PMO, and demonstrate natural leadership and communication skills.

• Smartsheet and/or MS Project Proficient
• Proficiency in using common office technology and tools
