Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead our team of project managers and ensure that we have the right structure, priorities, and work methods as the business grows. You will be responsible for planning our annual calendar, leading project managers, prioritizing resources, and ensuring that nothing falls between the cracks.

What You Will Do

As Operations Manager, you will plan our annual calendar, lead project managers, prioritize resources, and ensure that nothing falls between the cracks. You will work closely with customers and the team, and you are expected to quickly switch between planning, follow-up, leadership, and solving practical problems.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in project management in businesses with high tempo and many parallel projects
• Led and developed project managers or other junior employees
• Comfortable taking responsibility for planning, resource allocation, budget, and delivery
• Experience from businesses within, for example, education, events, production, agency, or fast-growing companies
• Comfortable with digital tools and see opportunities in AI, automation, and smarter work methods
