Operations Project Manager

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Operations Project Manager who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and make things happen. In this role, you’ll tackle a mix of projects across sales, recruiting, and product — building processes where they don’t exist, fixing the ones that do, and stepping in wherever there’s a gap.

Run point on projects across sales, recruiting, and product, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities stay clear. Build and improve lightweight processes that make the team more efficient.
