Quality Technician

Role Overview

The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting quality assurance and control processes within the facility. This role ensures that products meet established standards of quality, safety, and reliability by performing inspections, testing materials, and monitoring production processes.

What You Will Do

Perform routine inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards. Document and report inspection results, non-conformances, and quality issues accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Associate degree or technical certification in a related field preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass all pre-employment requirements, including a background check
• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a quality, manufacturing, or production environment preferred
• Experience using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer skills and experience with quality systems or ERP software preferred
• Effective communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
