Job Description
Provide technical support to the HR department and other employees in relation to the HRIS system, manage and maintain HRIS, analyze HR processes and recommend solutions, develop custom reports and analyses, conduct regular audits of HRIS data, and support compliance and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4 to 7 years related experience and/or training
- Understanding of the system development lifecycle process
- Prior project management experience
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and Tableau
