Talent Acquisition Specialist

Nowlun, the first digital freight forwarder in the MENA region, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment cycle and attract top talent to drive growth and success.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in the logistics or technology sectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple openings simultaneously
• Passion for building relationships and connecting with people
• Knowledge of labor legislation and hiring practices
