Director of Operations - responsible for 33 manufacturing sites and over 1000 site personnel, with overall responsibility and accountability for full compliance with regulatory requirements and EHS performance.
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of manufacturing experience
- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Masters degree a plus)
- Proven multi-site leadership in a unionized environment with over 1500 employees
- Six Sigma Certification a plus
