Responsible for coordinating, planning, and executing the company's processing operations, leading plant managers to meet or exceed operational goals, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- BS degree required
- MBA or Masters degree preferred
- 8+ years of progressive operational and multi-plant managerial experience in a complex food and/or beverage manufacturing environment
- Food industry, HAACP and SQF experience required
- Ability to prioritize, follow through and achieve results
- Knowledge and experience with all OSHA and REI safety regulations
