Job Description
NRC Health is seeking a Customer Success Manager to partner with healthcare organizations and provide innovative solutions to help them understand their organization's experience. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Healthcare experience a plus
- Ability to travel up to 30%
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Effective presentation and facilitation skills
- Microsoft Suite required
- Experience with a CRM system preferred
- High learning agility and ability to think critically
- Strong organizational skills
- A valid driver's license required
