Job Description
NORCAP is looking to recruit an Energy Transition Expert to support Moldova's Ministry of energy, providing specialised advice to help modernise the country’s energy systems and strengthen policies and regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Provide technical guidance on large-scale electrification and heat pump deployment
- Advise on green mobility and EV charging infrastructure
- Support the development and optimisation of the Green Homes (Casa Verde) residential energy-efficiency programme
- Contribute to smart grid and digitalisation strategies
