Programme Officer Energy Security OSCE Vienna P-3 NORDEM (This position is only open to candidates with Norwegian citizenship)

NORCAP seeks a Programme Officer to strengthen international cooperation and evidence-based action on energy security in Vienna. The role involves analysing energy-security issues, designing and implementing projects, and coordinating with government representatives and multilateral partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as energy, environment, economics, or international relations
• Minimum 2 years of experience in energy security, policy development, or a related field
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
