Job Description
The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is seeking an experienced leader to take on the role as Head of PCM and Grants Management. The role has the overall responsibility for the global Grants Management Function in NRC and will serve as the technical line for PCM and Grants Management.
Requirements
- Line management responsibilities for directly reporting staff
- Responsible for the PCM and Grants Management support to colleagues
- Lead and further develop the PCM and Grants Management Function
- Responsible for the implementation of Cycles within the unit
- Liaise closely with the Head of Finance in Field Operations
