Job Description
NRC is seeking a Shelter and Settlement Programme Development Manager for their South Sudan operations. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of shelter and settlement projects, and will work to build the technical capacity of local staff.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a senior level project implementation position in a humanitarian/recovery context
- Experience with providing emergency and/or protracted-crisis Shelter assistance in rural and urban contexts
- Experience undertaking projects through cash and vouchers
- Documented results related to the position’s responsibilities
- Knowledge about own leadership skills/profile
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
