Job Description
The Shelter Officer will provide day-to-day technical guidance and supervision to implement Emergency Shelter construction and rehabilitation activities in Aweil East County. They will assist the Construction Officer in providing technical support for NRC's WASH and Shelter programming in Northern Bahr el Gazal State.
Requirements
- Minimum first-level university Diploma in Engineering field or related field vocational qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a humanitarian/recovery context and specific experience in construction interventions
- Experience in implementation of WASH/Shelter Projects
- Experience in protection mainstreaming, desirable
- Experience from working in complex and volatile contexts
