OSP Construction Supervisor (Broadband Fiber to the Home)

NRTC is seeking an OSP Construction Supervisor to provide on-site supervision of inspectors and manage physical construction of aerial and underground fiber. The Construction Supervisor will assist the OSP Manager with meeting project timelines and customer expectations, and interface with construction contract supervisors. The role requires OSP fiber construction experience, knowledge of RUS and NESC guidelines, and excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Requirements

• OSP fiber construction experience with emphasis on rural markets
• RUS and NESC guidelines knowledge
• Supervisor experience a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
