2-4 years' experience in helpdesk services or deskside support, high school graduate, expert understanding of MS Suite with a focus on MS Excel
Desktop Support w/ Macintosh Experience
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment and serves as customer contact on technical and service related problems
Desktop Support w/ Macintosh Experience
Must have technical ability to provide desk side support for computer and printer hardware, common software applications, Microsoft OS issues
Desktop Support (Direct Hire) Intune Experience required!
Associate degree in a related area or 1 - 3 years of experience in the field or in a related area
