Job Description
NSI Industries is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee all aspects of outsourced payroll processing, tax compliance, and workers compensation program management. The role requires a high level of accuracy, accountability, confidentiality, and expertise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or relevant experience
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in payroll & tax compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong data analytical capabilities with HR metrics and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
