Job Description
The Analyst, Continual Improvement Management (CIM) performs on a team as a key coordination point for the management & oversight of JCI Technology improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or related work experience
- 1 to 4 Years of Experience
- Experience in data analysis and identification of improvement opportunities
- Experience in collaborating across IT Functional teams
- Demonstrated skills equivalent to that of Project or Program Manager
- ITIL Foundation (V3 / 4) certification
- Strong verbal/written communication, with ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
- Ability to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
