Job Description
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst II, you will promote and facilitate the successful implementation of continuous improvement tools and processes across a local site, driving a culture of continuous improvement and minimizing system waste through lean systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in science or engineering
- Minimum 3 years working experience
- 1 year of professional experience with focus on production, logistics or industrial engineering and economical knowledge
- Previous experience in leading continuous improvement activities on site or value stream level
- Familiar with stream mapping and implementing continuous improvement tools
- Excellent communication and coaching skills
- Project management skills
- Out-of-the-box thinking skills
- Embrace change and to be a change catalyst
