Job Description
nTop builds parametric design software for aerospace, defense, and industrial turbomachinery. We're looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to build and lead the team responsible for workload orchestration.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- Hands-on expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and at least one cloud platform
- Experience shipping into customer-managed environments
- Track record of building teams
- Strong collaboration skills with PMs, designers, and field engineers
