Job Description
NTS Eindhoven is looking for an NPI Engineer to industrialise customer designs into scalable, cost-efficient, and first-time-right production processes. The successful candidate will take ownership of the entire NPI process and work in a low-volume, high-complexity environment for customers in the semiconductor, opto-mechatronic, and analytical industry.
Requirements
- Completed HBO or WO degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar
- Demonstrable experience with NPI and industrialization processes, preferably in a high-tech production environment
- Knowledge of assembly and production processes, tooling, test equipment, and qualification methods such as FMEA, SPC, and 8D
- Strong personality with persuasiveness, project management skills, and a keen eye for costs and risks
- Good command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken
