Sr. Quality Engineer NPI | NTS Hengelo

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to join our team at NTS Hengelo. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing quality trend data, supporting NPI projects, and conducting root cause analyses. The role requires a proactive attitude, technical insight, and proficiency in Dutch language.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education in a technical or business-related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a technical or industrial environment
• Demonstrable experience with NPI projects and making new products quality-ready
• Demonstrable experience with pFMEA, 8D, PPAP, AQP, and 5S; Lean Six Sigma is a plus
• Technical insight and preferably knowledge of (fine) mechanical machining or a similar high-tech manufacturing environment
• Experience in analyzing quality trend data and translating it into structural improvement measures
• Proficient in Dutch language, both spoken and written, due to drawings, work instructions, and communication on the work floor
