Teamlead Quality Control | NTS Hengelo: Lead two specialized quality teams, develop and implement procedures for efficient inspection processes, and work closely with production, logistics, and Quality Engineers.

Requirements

• HBO level of education with a degree in (measurement) technology, mechanical engineering, or similar
• Demonstrable experience as a manager in an industrial or technical environment, preferably within a measurement room or quality department
• Knowledge of measurement technology and experience with CMM systems
• Strong in planning, organising, and monitoring and improving processes
• Quality-driven and decisive, with a steadfast character and an eye for logistics
• Strong communication skills and a team player on the work floor
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, for work instructions, procedures, and communication in the workplace
