Syndikusrechtsanwalt / Legal Counsel (w/m/d)

As Legal Counsel, you will be part of our Global Legal Team and work closely with our regional legal heads and central functions. You will be responsible for all legal matters of the company group, including Corporate Governance, M&A, and Commercial Contracts.

Requirements

• Full-time lawyer with at least 5 years of professional experience in an international working environment, preferably in the areas of corporate law, M&A, IT law, and contract law.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, DORA, Data Act, and AI Act.
• Fluency in English in speech and writing, and knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and successfully network in a global environment.
