We are seeking a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canada. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted Brand Ambassador and the first point of contact for our customers in both English and French.

Requirements

• Fluent in English; Bilingual (French) is required.
• Interactive customer service environment required.
• Related experience in the food and/or retail industry considered an asset.
• Strong and developed oral and written communication skills, including typing, spelling, and grammar.
• Ability to work all required shifts.
