Call Center Analyst

We are seeking a Call Center Analyst to join our team in Chicago, Illinois. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a contact center and/or customer service environment, and will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, facilitating meetings, and providing guidance and support to team members.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a contact center and/or customer service environment
• High school diploma or GED required
• Language Requirement: Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Availability, Call Handling, and Quality Assurance performance metrics
