Call Monitoring Specialist

Mandarich Law Group seeks a Call Monitoring Specialist for its downtown Chicago office, responsible for performing call quality audits and providing feedback to support findings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one to two years of experience in a call monitoring position and strong attention to detail, listening skills, and organizational skills.

Requirements

• Minimum of one to two years of experience in a call monitoring position preferred
• Collections and, if possible, law firm industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail, listening skills, and organizational skills
• Must have familiarity with Excel and Word
• Excellent English skills
• Spanish Bilingual preferred
