Corporate Development Advisor

We are seeking a Corporate Development Advisor to lead and support M&A transactions across North America and Asia Pacific, working on high-impact deals in the Technology Services space.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Private Equity or Big Four Finance & Accounting (with a focus on M&A Transactions)
• Advanced / Deep financial modeling and valuation skills
• Proactive, High ownership and self-driven with ability to work in high growth environment
• Demonstrated analytical skills, while performing financial and business quantitative analysis
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• MBA or an advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (strongly preferred)
• English Proficiency
• Team-oriented and collaborative working style
• Strong Power Point and Excel skills
