Desktop Support Tech

NTT DATA is seeking a Desktop Support Tech to join their team in Hyattsville, Maryland. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance to computer users, answer questions, and resolve computer/server/network problems.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in desktop support
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Ability to analyze, log, track and resolve software/hardware matters
• Ability to install, configure, troubleshoot hardware and software
• Knowledge of Windows, M365, MECM and imaging and backup procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
