Helpdesk Senior Representative - ITIL

NTT DATA is seeking a Helpdesk Senior Representative - ITIL to join their team in Bangalore, India. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, resolve user issues, and ensure maximum uptime of all users. The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as flexibility to work shifts if required.

Requirements

• Manage customer interactions & records reported issues in the ITSM
• Identify issues, apply fixes and investigate root causes using internal instructions.
• Provide technical guidance in activities associated with identifying, prioritizing, and resolving problems by telephone and e-mail
• Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests relating to PC maintenance
• Participate in a supportive role by acting as a liaison between customers and departments within the organization, to ensure that all on-line system problems are resolved in an accurate and timely manner
